This is one of a Triptych
 
The harmony of just a few colours can evoke peace and calm and yet these pieces are busy and interesting, with lots of detail worked over several layers.
 
An original mixed media painting using collage, paint, pencil and charcoal.
The artwork is built up using many different layers to create texture and interest.  A process which develops and changes over several sessions, until I'm completely happy with the end result.
